The MS70AL from Minipack-Torre Gramegna is a Semi Automatic Sleeve Wrapper With Double Motorised Belt and incorporated Tunnel with a Sealing Bar of 700mm The MS70 AL machine represents the best solution for incorporating the machine into production lines, as they are all set up for automatic management of the line infeed and outfeed exchange signals. This machine has an internal conveyor belt in the heat-shrinking tunnel, driven by a gear motor with adjustable speed and steel grid, shaped like thin mesh with side chains. The heat-shrinking tunnel is insulated with rock wool and heated with resistors and has forced ventilation with air circulation. It is built with a solid single-unit structure and is equipped with a safety photocell which blocks the sealing bar whenever its encounters an obstacle in its path. it is ideal for wrapping both individual or multiple products using polyethylene film.
